Our services are personalized to each customer, therefore, Kleen Sweep Commercial Cleaning, LLC, does not offer refunds. However, please contact us within 24hours after the booking start time if you have any complaints about your cleaning service. We do not offer refunds, but we would offer you a free re-clean if we are notified within 24hours of the initial cleaning. Customers must list, with pictures, areas of the home that were missed during the initial cleaning. Any areas not listed within 24hrs of the initial cleaning will not be honored in the re-clean. Also, customers may not add a new service to the re-clean without reaching our minimum new service requirement. Our free re-cleans will take place within 24hrs to 48hrs. The customer must be available to grant access to the cleaners for the re-clean.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a [company name] certified cleaner

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products. If you have a specific product, you would like us to use, please call our office prior to your service date. Our service teams come with their own vacuum, but depending on the condition of a customer’s home, Kleen Sweep Commercial Cleaning, LLC may require the customer to make a vacuum cleaner available. This is to ensure the safety of other customers, as well as our teams. Vacuum cleaners can carry dander’s and other materials which some customers may be allergic to. Therefore, Kleen Sweep Commercial Cleaning, LLC, may require customers to provide our teams with a working vacuum cleaner.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

First-time clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the last month will need to add the First Time Clean option in the Extras section in order to give our crew members the time they need to achieve the high-quality results we’re known for. Once that’s complete, our Standard Clean is the perfect choice for weekly/biweekly/monthly Kleen Sweep cleaning services moving forward! Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the level of service.
